Direct team of twelve developers, designers, animators, community managers, photographers, and videographers.
Led the campaigns, working closely with the Art Director.
Oversee the production of digital and print media for various projects (billboards, newspapers and magazines) for the music festival.
Manage high volume and fast-paced delivery of digital marketing, web development, video games and general marketing & advertising projects (music festivals, political campaigns, videogames, and others).
Own the day-to-day client relationships daily communication, manage projects and teams on an ongoing basis and ensure project requirements are met, understood, and then executed.
Prepare project documentation: scoping, schedules, budgets, proposals, project plans, Statements of Work (SOWs), and status reports for satisfied clients and happy project teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
