  • Direct team of twelve developers, designers, animators, community managers, photographers, and videographers.

  • Led the campaigns, working closely with the Art Director.

  • Oversee the production of digital and print media for various projects (billboards, newspapers and magazines) for the music festival. ​​

  • Manage high volume and fast-paced delivery of digital marketing, web development, video games and general marketing & advertising projects (music festivals, political campaigns, videogames, and others).

  • Own the day-to-day client relationships daily communication, manage projects and teams on an ongoing basis and ensure project requirements are met, understood, and then executed. 

  • Prepare project documentation: scoping, schedules, budgets, proposals, project plans, Statements of Work (SOWs), and status reports for satisfied clients and happy project teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. 

  • Deliver detailed process, analytical and financial updates to forecast and report revenue, expenses, and project completion milestones.
